Information We Collect

Uploaded estimate documents (processed and not retained post-session), payment information (handled by Stripe — we never see card numbers), email address at purchase, and usage logs (IP, timestamp, endpoint) retained 90 days.

How We Use It

To process your estimate review, fulfill your purchase, detect abuse, and communicate service updates. We do not sell your data. We do not use uploaded documents to train AI models.

Third-Party Services

Anthropic (AI processing), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting). Each governed by their own privacy policies.

Your Rights

Request deletion at privacy@shogee.com. California residents have additional rights under CCPA.
