Terms of Service

1. Nature of the Service
Shogee.com provides AI-assisted analysis of contractor and GC estimates against South Florida market benchmarks (“Estimate Review”). The Service is operated by Axes and Eggs LLC.
THE SERVICE IS AN INFORMATIONAL TOOL ONLY. IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE THE OPINION OF A LICENSED CONTRACTOR, APPRAISER, ENGINEER, OR LEGAL ADVISOR.
All output must be reviewed by a qualified professional before being relied upon for any transaction, investment, or legal purpose.
2. No Warranty
Construction costs vary by project conditions, contractor relationships, timing, and market fluctuations. A favorable Shogee verdict does not guarantee any particular price is achievable. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
3. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AXES AND EGGS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.
4. User Responsibilities
You represent that you have authority to upload submitted documents, will not upload classified or personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary, and will engage qualified professionals to review all AI-generated output before making investment decisions.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, AI prompts, scoring methodology, and workflows are the exclusive intellectual property of Axes and Eggs LLC. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or use Service output to train competing AI models.
6. Payment & Refunds
All payments processed via Stripe. Purchases are non-refundable once a review has been initiated. Technical failures will be remedied by reprocessing or credit at our discretion.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, Broward County. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration. Class action waived.
